Snake

Slippery, slinky, snake.
Slithering through the grasses,
Soaking up the warm sunshine.
Moving slower than molasses.
Savoring every moment,
Til an intruder catches its eye,
Then quick as a wink,
Away the snake slinks,
As the intruder shrieks, oh my!
